All our jewellery comes with Free Tracked Delivery (UK Only) in gorgeous eco-friendly boxes. We also ship internationally and these postage rates can be viewed upon ‘Check Out.’
If your jewellery is a gift, we offer a complimentary Note Card for your gift message - available at checkout
Our Electronic Gift Vouchers are emailed straight to you or directly to the gift recipient, and these have no expiry date for use,
We accept payment via all major debit and credit cards from customers worldwide including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal. The transactions on this website are processed using PayPal and Stripe. When we process your order and payment is taken you will receive a confirmation email receipt; we then update you by email when your item is ready and posted out to you.
Shipping Times for Orders Placed Online in January 2026
UK Only - Free Tracked Delivery (by 9th February 2026) UK Only:
Offered on all items in the UK; the order may need to be signed for via the Royal Mail service. Please note, if no-one is present at your address then a card will be left for you to rearrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office.
Shipping Europe (Royal Mail Tracked) - Delivered by 16th February 2026:
Delivery Cost: £9.50 per order
If your require shipping to a country outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Please contact your country's local customs office for more information on custom policies.
Shipping Worldwide (Tracked) - For all countries except those in Europe - Delivered by 16th February 2026:
Delivery Cost: £14.00 per order

Delivery Information
Jewellery is packaged in a Nisha Halo box which is a protective external box. We will ensure your order is sent using reputable carriers and all packages are sent via a tracked service where you will be asked to sign for the goods once delivered. Should there be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances Nisha Halo cannot be held liable for this delay. Nisha Halo does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen, damaged or delayed in transit; these responsibilities are with the customer.
In the UK, the Royal Mail can confirm who signed for your package. We do not refund items tracked as being delivered so please use a secure address for your delivery. Please note an item may be tracked as delivered if sent to your workplace, or your neighbour has signed for it. If your delivery is late within the UK, please enter the tracking number (we email you this once your order is shipped) on the Royal Mail website.
If your delivery is delayed overseas, please note the package generally passes through more than one postal service so this becomes the responsibility of the postal service in the country where you have requested the item be sent. Customs checks can delay the item.
Exchanges and Returns
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind.
Please return the unused goods to us within 14 days in it’s original condition and packaging and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note please let us know whether an exchange or refund is required for the item at nisha@nishahalo.co.uk.
The cost of postage to send the item back and for the return of the product will remain the responsibility of the customer, Nisha Halo does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit so please return the item using tracked delivery.
Please note Nisha Halo is unable to refund or exchange bespoke commissioned pieces of jewellery, or personalised jewellery unless the item is faulty (please see below).
All jewellery is quality checked before being sent, however if you receive an item you believe to be faulty, you must report the fault and please include photos of the fault to nisha@nishahalo.co.uk within 6 months.
Nisha Halo reserves the right to refuse a replacement or refund on any items that we do not deem to be faulty.
If we deem the item to be faulty, we will cover return costs and re-arrange delivery of the replacement item; upon return of the item, we will arrange replacement or a refund if you prefer this.
If your item does not fit and you have ordered the wrong size please contact nisha@nishahalo.co.uk to look at resizing or exchanging for another size. The cost of postage to send the item back and for the return of the product to you will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately products with problems caused by accident, misuse, wear and tear cannot be returned to us for a refund. We usually can repair at item that has been damaged please contact us with information, we will provide a quote for any repair expenses.
